If you try to post a comment, and just get returned to the same page with nothing apparently happening, the problem may be that you have cookies restricted in your browser settings. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then it's pretty certain that's not the issue. If it is the issue, note that you need to authorize 2 URLs for comments to work: blogger.com and blogspot.com. (It took me some time and effort to learn that bit -- hope it helps you).
If you want to say something private, you can post it, and say so in the text. I can't imagine why I'd publish something you want kept private. Still, I've heard horror stories, and I'm likely to report anything abusive.
